Due to the minimal packaging and natural qualities of our products, we're unable to accept returns. However, if a product arrives damaged, please email a photograph to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving the item and we'll gladly issue a refund or send a replacement. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to us, we want to ensure our customers are happy with our products.
If you decide you'd like to cancel an order, we accept cancellations if you contact us via email within 2 hours of placing an order.
SHIPPING & PICK UPS
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the United States.
Do you offer free shipping?
When you spend $75 or more and live in Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands or in the United States, your order ships for free.
What is your shipping method?
We only ship via USPS. Please note that since we’re shipping from Guam, orders being shipped to the United States may take around 10-14 days to arrive.
When do you ship orders?
We ship Monday through Friday. Our in-house turnaround time is typically 1-2 business days (this does not include the USPS transit time or orders made on the weekend).
I live on Guam, can I pick up my order?
Since we don't have a brick & morter shop, we can't offer pick ups at this time. We can, however, schedule meet ups to a couple select locations on Guam. Delivery to these locations are free for orders of $75+, while a $5 delivery fee will be charged for all other orders.
Arrangements will be made via text/email to set up a date and time for delivery. The list of locations we deliver to and dates we deliver can be found below.

How do you package your orders?
We strive to be as zero-waste as possible, so when shipping orders, we reuse packing materials that we've received our supplies in. Hopefully, you too will be able to reuse the packing materials to keep them going for as long as possible before they head to the landfill/recycling plant/compost bin.
Packages being picked up:
You're items will be packaged in a compostable paper bag or cardboard box depending on the size of the order.
Soap Bars have a shelf life of about 1 year from date of purchase. If you don't plan on using your soap bars right away, be sure to store them in a cool, dry place until you're ready to use them.
Liquid Oil-based products have a shelf life of about 3 months. After 3 months, check to ensure freshness by scent. If your oil smells rancid (like crayons) or has a waxy buildup along the threads of the bottle, then it's time to toss it. We use organic rosemary leaf extract/vitamin e to extend the shelf life of our oils, but improper storage may shorten shelf life, so be sure to store products properly. We recommend storing oils in the refrigerator to extend shelf life if you don't plan on using them within 3 months.
Water-based products have a shelf life of 6 months unopened. After opening, use products within 3 months. We've not had any issues with products spoiling before their due expiration, but improper storage may shorten shelf life, so be sure to store products properly.
Balms & Deodorants have a shelf life of about 6 months unopened and 3 months once opened. We use organic rosemary leaf extract/vitamin e to extend the shelf life of our oils, but improper storage may shorten shelf life, so be sure to store products properly.
Powdered products such as our facial scrubs and masks can be kept for up to a year as long as moisture isn't introduced to the bottles/jars. Please store these products in a moisture free environment.
